This suite is located in a cute neighborhood with lots of kids. Close to Capilano school, Capilano River, trails, and transit. Very central!

About Me:
Hi, I’m Melissa Federspiel, I am 18 years old, and a recent graduate from VFS. I come from a small town, in Saskatchewan, a friendly community, and moved out here in order to pursue my acting career. I have lived on my own for four months, and with my most recent roommate for another year now. I am clean, mature, and a quiet tenant; introverted in most cases, extroverted when I need to be. Owner’s Description:
We live on the main floor, and have three little boys, ages six, four, and two. They are sometimes loud, and like to run around a lot. Otherwise, we try our best to control them, but there's only so much we can do. Whomever moves in, does need to be made aware of this. They go to bed early at around 7 P.M, and wake up around 7 A.M-ish. I would suggest sleeping with earplugs, or a sound machine, if you think this will bug you. We've tried sound proofing the floors, and it didn't do much. Other than that we are chill, and we like to think that we are very nice people.
